Redcare Pharmacy Q3 Sales Rise 25% as German Prescription Sales Boom

Redcare Pharmacy showed strong growth in the third quarter, with total sales rising 25% from last year. The main reason was a big jump in prescription (Rx) sales in Germany.

German Rx sales grew 82% to €126 million, showing high demand. Overall Rx sales increased 42.3% to €272 million, while non-prescription (non-Rx) sales rose 16.7% to €448 million.

In the first nine months of 2025, Redcare’s total revenue reached €2.15 billion, up 27% from the same time last year. In the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland), revenue climbed 25.2% to €587 million, and international sales in Belgium, Italy, France, and the Netherlands rose 25.4% to €132 million.

The company’s customer base grew to 13.7 million, with 200,000 new customers added last quarter. Customer satisfaction also improved — the Net Promoter Score (NPS) went up from 64 to over 70.

Redcare kept its yearly forecast, expecting Rx sales to cross €500 million and an EBITDA margin between 2% and 2.5% for 2025.

Impact:
Redcare’s strong German sales could help it post record yearly results. Growth may continue, but profit margins might face some pressure in the coming months.
