Refund Policy:1. Purpose
This Refund Policy governs all payments made to Market Investopedia for account management services, educational services, consultancy, subscriptions, digital products, and any related services offered by the Company.
By making a payment to Market Investopedia, the Client acknowledges and agrees to this Policy, as well as the Company’s Terms and Conditions.
2. Nature of Services
Market Investopedia provides digital services, financial education, consultation, account management assistance, and related support services. Due to the nature of these services, resources are allocated and services may commence immediately upon payment and account activation.
Accordingly, all payments made to Market Investopedia are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
3. No Guarantee of Results
The Client acknowledges that financial markets involve substantial risk and that Market Investopedia does not guarantee any specific trading results, profits, returns, or investment outcomes.
Requests for refunds based on:
Trading losses;
Market volatility;
Dissatisfaction with performance;
Unrealized expectations; or
Changes in personal financial circumstances,shall not constitute valid grounds for a refund.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be considered under exceptional circumstances, including:
Duplicate payments made in error;
Unauthorized billing resulting from a verified system error attributable to Market Investopedia;
Failure by Market Investopedia to provide the purchased service where no portion of the service has been delivered.All refund requests are subject to review, verification, and approval at the sole discretion of Market Investopedia.
5. Non-Refundable Services
The following payments are strictly non-refundable:
Fees for services already rendered;
Consultation fees;
Administrative and processing fees;
Subscription fees after activation;
Digital products and educational materials once access has been granted;
Account management services once onboarding has commenced;
Fees associated with trading activities or investment-related services.
6. Payment DisputesClients are encouraged to contact Market Investopedia directly regarding any concerns related to payments or services before seeking resolution through a third-party financial institution or payment provider.
Market Investopedia reserves the right to provide relevant supporting documentation to payment processors, financial institutions, or dispute resolution authorities, including but not limited to:
Service agreements and accepted terms;
Account registration records;
Login and access records;
Communication history;
Payment confirmations;
Service delivery records; and
Any other documentation demonstrating the provision of services.
7. Refund Request ProcedureAll refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Company’s official support channel within seven (7) calendar days of the payment date and must include:
Full name;
Registered email address;
Transaction reference number;
Detailed explanation of the request; and
Any supporting documentation relevant to the request.Incomplete requests may be delayed or declined.
8. Review and Decision
Upon receipt of a complete refund request, Market Investopedia will conduct an internal review and may request additional information where necessary.
The Company reserves the right to approve or decline any refund request at its sole discretion. A decision will generally be communicated within 7 to 14 business days.
9. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Market Investopedia be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of its services, trading activities, or any refund request.
10. Amendments
Market Investopedia reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any revisions shall become effective immediately upon publication on the Company’s official website.
11. Acceptance
By making a payment to Market Investopedia, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Refund Policy and the Company’s Terms and Conditions.
Market Investopedia reserves the right to retain records of service access, communications, and transaction history for the purpose of verifying service delivery and resolving any payment-related inquiries.
Market Investopedia (MI) End-User Agreement Provisions
Ownership. End-User agrees that Market Investopedia and its information providers retain all proprietary right, title, or interest, including copyright, in the stories, articles, or other material, including but not limited to text, images, and other multimedia data, provided as part of its services (the “Content”).
Restrictions on Use. End-User agrees not to copy, license, sell, transfer, make available, or otherwise distribute the Content to any entity or person. End-User shall use best efforts to stop any such copying or distribution immediately after such use becomes known.
No Warranty. The Content is provided “AS IS.” Market Investopedia and its information providers disclaim any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, relating to this agreement, the content, and all performance hereunder. Market Investopedia and its information providers make no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or availability of the Content.
Limitation of Liability. In no event shall Market Investopedia or its information providers be liable to End-User or any other person or entity for any direct, indirect, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising under this Agreement or from performance hereunder based in contract, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, whether or not they had any knowledge, actual or constructive, that such damages might be incurred.
Indemnification. End-User shall indemnify and hold harmless Market Investopedia and its information providers against any claim, damages, loss, liability, or expense, including attorney’s fees, arising out of End-User’s use of the Content in any way contrary to this Agreement.
Beneficiaries of this Agreement. The rights and limitations in this Market Investopedia End-User Agreement are for the benefit of Market Investopedia and its information providers, each of which shall have the right to enforce its rights hereunder directly and on its own behalf.
