NZD/USD Tries to Break 0.5750 – Can the Kiwi Dollar Rise Higher?

The NZD/USD pair is trading close to 0.5730 in the Asian session. After staying quiet for some time, the pair is now showing signs of a small comeback. It is moving inside a downward wedge pattern, which sometimes means selling pressure is getting weaker.

Right now, the main resistance is near 0.5745, which is the nine-day EMA. If the pair moves above this level and crosses 0.5770, it could turn bullish. In that case, the next targets might be 0.5842 (50-day EMA) and later 0.6008, the three-month high.

On the downside, the price has support around 0.5700 and 0.5670. If it falls below these levels, sellers might take control again and push it down to 0.5485, which was last seen in April 2025.

The 14-day RSI is just above 30, showing that the market is still a bit weak but could bounce if buyers step in.

Impact:
If NZD/USD breaks above 0.5750, it might start a short rally. But if it drops again, the pair could move back toward 0.5670.
