U.S. House Democrats have shared Jeffrey Epstein’s daily calendars from 2014 to 2019. These papers show that Epstein planned meetings with famous people like Elon Musk, billionaire Peter Thiel, and former Trump adviser Steve Bannon. It is still not known if these meetings actually happened.
The records also mention that Prince Andrew of Britain flew on Epstein’s private jet in the year 2000. These calendars came from Epstein’s estate after Congress demanded them through a subpoena.
So far, there is no proof that Musk, Thiel, Bannon, or Prince Andrew did anything wrong. Elon Musk has already denied the claims, calling them false.
Democrats say the calendars prove Epstein had access to many rich and powerful people. They want the Justice Department to release more files. But earlier this year, the Department said it would not share further documents.
Jeffrey Epstein died in 2019 in prison while waiting for trial on sex trafficking charges. His partner, Ghislaine Maxwell, has been convicted of helping him and is now serving her sentence.
